These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Rank-in-Maps (operated by CTB Digital Marketing Co., Ltd.) covering your use of our website, application, and related services.

2. Accounts and Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful activity or rights-infringing conduct.

3. Fees, Billing, and Renewals

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan you select. Pricing, taxes, and currency are shown before you confirm checkout.

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellation timing and effect follow the plan and billing cycle terms shown at purchase.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by any published campaign terms, package-specific commitments, and applicable consumer law.

5. Affiliate and Stripe Connect Terms

If you join our affiliate program, additional Stripe Connect terms and compliance obligations (including tax obligations) may apply to you.

6. Acceptable Use

  • No unauthorized system access, scanning, or circumvention.
  • No spam, malware, illegal content, or abusive behavior.
  • No unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, or service disruption attempts.

7. Intellectual Property

The software, content, trademarks, and platform materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law.

8. AI and Results Disclaimer

We provide guidance, training, and tools to improve local SEO operations. We do not guarantee specific Google Maps rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party services (including Google, Stripe, and WorkOS). Their separate terms and policies also apply when those services are used.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, security concerns, legal compliance needs, or abuse of the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms means you accept the revised Terms.
